Reviews for Crusader Kings II: Songs of Albion DLC

70
Excellent Music

One of the best musical DLCs by far. The songs added make playing as English rulers infinitely more enjoyable.

Best music DLC

If you play a lot, you will appreciate the addition of new music. These four songs are pretty much variations of the very fitting music already present in the game, and the fresh breath they add is great. If this kind of DLC is up your alley, buy all of them. If not, save your money for the content DLCs.

Beautiful

Another DLC with new music. If you spend a lot of time with Crusader Kings II (like I do) you probably already know all of the music. And even though the original music is awesome itself, the DLC isn't a bad addition and the new music is as good, if not better than the one in the main game. Only issue - you don't get the games in any format to download, and can only listen to them ingame. Only a minor complaint, as the music is stellar.

Mood Music

For a small price it adds nice music to play by. I do wish that they could roll them into one dlc and just charge 4.99 instead of charging multi dlc for convience. I do like it though and bought them all. Love the game.

Beautiful music for a price.

Music composed by Andreas Waldetoft is certainly wonderful addition and gives variety to the game, I find the idea of each culture having their own songs ingenuous and the quality of soundtrack in this game is very high. The other plus of this dlc is the fact that songs are in .ogg format in the game folder which makes it easy to listen to them without having to play the game. My only problem with this dlc is it's price. Is 4 songs worth $2? This depends how you look at this pack. It doesn't alter the game play in any way, just adds some music to it which isn't something every gamer looks for, on the other hand here you get great songs for $0.50 which is cheaper that any song on iTunes. If this is ever on sale I strongly recommend considering buying it, if not this is still great music.
