Game description

Defy hostile alien abductors and fight your way off of the massive Mothership Zeta, orbiting Earth miles above the Capital Wasteland. Mothership Zeta takes Fallout 3 in an entirely new direction – outer space. Meet new characters and join with them in a desperate bid to escape the Aliens’ clutches. To do so, you’ll wield powerful new weapons, like the Alien Atomizer, Alien Disintegrator, and Drone Cannon, and deck yourself out in brand new outfits, like the Gemini-Era Spacesuit and even Samurai Armor.

Story:

A strange Alien signal is being broadcast throughout the Capital Wasteland, originating from a crashed UFO. Is it a distress call, or something far more sinister? That question is answered when you find yourself beamed aboard an enormous Alien spacecraft, with only one alternative – to fight your way to the bridge of the ship and secure your escape.

Key Features:

  • Find and exploit new and destructive alien technology, like the Alien Atomizer and Drone Cannon.

  • Explore the vast Mothership and learn the secrets of the Aliens’ master plan.

  • Thwart the Aliens’ attempt to stop your escape, and take over the Alien ship before it wreaks havoc on the unsuspecting Earth below.

  • Fight against the Alien Invaders, their robot drones, and turn their own horrible experiments against them.

  • Ally yourself with an unexpected array of characters, both from the Capital Wasteland and from Earth’s past.

A weird DLC, but somehow fits in the fallout universe

LightWolfDM

Fallout 3: Mothership Zeta it's a really weird DLC that somehow manages to fit in the Fallout lore, because aliens. And aliens are a perfect match with a loneliness wasteland, right? This DLC adds a new quest, only one, in the entire DLC, which it's kind of a let down for a wasted opportunity about the Aliens lore of the Fallout universe. You get captured by the aliens and taken to one of their ships, and mostly you spend your time fighting throught the ship to find and kill the leader and go back home. That's all. It's not bad at all, it just feels empty.

Too little content for the price.

Fallout 3: Mothership Zeta is a bit of a let down because of the content it offers, it should be a free DLC than a paid expansion because of the length. This time we got abducted by the aliens and have to fight our way back to earth. The adventure is short and definitely not worth the price.

A weird one...

spiderhopper_hu

Well, you defeated an evil army, fought in the past (kinda), freed the slaves, cleaned the waters, what else is left, to save the planet from aliens, and become a cosmic hero? Too bad, that the aliens had to be retro aliens, no matter how much human flash they eat, or how many death rays they got, it always feels a little unfair to slaughter them. Fortunately, I didn't have to do this alone. The ship has some interesting companions, and by far, my favorite was the little girl. That brat always managed to crack me up, and she actually was capable of looking after herself, unlike some others.... The guns you get here are really powerful...like burn a deathclaw to crisps powerful. Once you finish this, nothing really has a chance against you out there, but let's be honest, at this point, nothing really did anyway...

Aliens,because why not?

Brings a interesting thing into the plot:aliens! I found the weapons really powerful and fun to use and the unique characters that you meet are interesting like the samurai that doesn't speak English or the cowboy.definitely buy this when on sale
