The German Infantry Pack is cosmetic DLC for Hearts of Iron III that introduces new infantry models for the German army on the world map. The models can be viewed on the Steam page where there are more detailed screenshots but the models have a nice variety with different uniforms, wielding different machine guns such as the MP40 and different rifles, mounted on horseback, etc with different models for different military branches depending on what year it is. The DLC is selling for a fair price and is a good purchase if you want to see more diverse units for the German army on the map, this would obviously not be something to get if you prefer to use the counters instead of unit models.
