Multiplayer Madness

Just Cause 2 on it's own provides a challenging storyline but it helps give you an open world adventure filled with plenty to do, However, when you enter the multiplayer world, everything expands. The people attack you, ally with you, fire rockets at you, you name it. It's an exciting game for any open world gamer.

Good and bad, all at the same time

So, I love this game and kinda hate it at the same time. It's fun to be in a Michael Bay movie - for only a little while. It gets somewhat old and tired, just running around blowing up stuff. The vehicles are great! Until you get bored because they all seem to be the same, no matter what they are. The story is interesting! But ultimately it's a bit cliche. So this game is great for about 5-10 hours, then it gets repetitive. Especially going into the different areas. "Discover" an area, shoot up a bunch of bad guys, blow stuff up, repeat. It just doesn't have enough differences to feel like it has replay-ability.

Michael Bay film game 2010

This game is set in a place called Panau, sort of like North Korea. The game is very fun when you install mods, or do what you want. If you choose to do the story missions, they are not much fun and are very repetitive. After all the story mode missions are completed, he real fun begins in mercenary mode. Try to get 100% completion of Panau and play around with the grapple hook. The grapple hook is a core mechanic of this game, and it is very, very fun to use, especially with mods like bolo patch and the wingsuit mod. I r8 it 8/8 XD

Awesome Game and Awesomely Optimized

This is one of those games that when you first play it, the first thing you do makes your feel funny in your belly. IT'S AWESOME! Only people who play this can understand how fun grappling and parachuting through the massive island is. Get ready to parachute around exploding things because that's the main objective of Just Cause 2. The island may feel empty at times, but you can travel pretty quickly so you don't really feel the emptiness. You can also install mods, which is great. And lastly, this is an amazingly optimized game. Trust me, I could run this on a DDR2 RAM potato. I highly recommend Just Cause 2. It will provide you with many many hours of unique fun.

Blowing stuff up Simulator 2010

Amazing sandbox that lacks content (less than 10 main missions but ~ 50 side missions: some of them very memorable i.e. Island from Lost) To progress in the main story you have to create chaos to weaken Baby Panao's Regime, which keeps you busy most of the time. One of the biggest strengths of this game beside the vast stunningly beautiful map are the ways of transport. Of course you can just steal any car you like or grab a plane from the next airport or military base but the main character Rico Rodriguez aka Scorpio has a parashoot which he can open / close & and re-open at any time. In combination with the grappling hook that gives you almost endless possibilites to get around and once you get the hang of it has a very unique flow not unlike the "skiing" in Tribes Ascend. Not as "real" and dark as the latest GTA games - not as "Over the Top" as Saints Row Personal playtime 82.5 hrs
