In KILLING FLOOR 2 players descend into continental Europe where the outbreak caused by Horzine Biotech’s failed experiment has quickly spread and gained unstoppable momentum, essentially paralyzing the European Union. Just one month after the conclusion of the events in the original KILLING FLOOR, the specimen clones are everywhere and civilization is in disarray; communications have failed, governments have collapsed, and military forces have been systematically eradicated. The people of Europe know survival and self-preservation too well and lucky survivors have gone into hiding.
Not all have given up hope though... A group of civilians and mercenaries have banded together, paid for by Horzine, to combat the outbreak and established privately funded operation bases across Europe. Upon tracking specimen clone outbreaks, players will descend into zed-laden hot zones and exterminate them.
Visceral Gore - KILLING FLOOR 2 ramps up the gore with a proprietary, high powered persistent blood system bringing new levels of fidelity to the genre. Players will send entrails, severed limbs, and blood flying as they wade through hordes of enemies. But they need to watch out! If caught, enemies will rip them, and their entire party limb from limb
6 player co-op or solo play - A multitude of varied playable characters await for players to choose from as they enter the fray in online co-op mode or solo mode for those willing to brave the horrific specimens alone.
Terrifying Zeds - New enemies and fan favorites from the original game are back with expanded and smarter artificial intelligence, dishing out powerful attacks, attacking in mobs to weaken the player’s party and pushing the challenge level and fear factor to new levels.
New take on "Difficulty" - Most games just ramp up health and damage for the enemies. In KF2, the Zeds will start to behave differently as you work through the difficulty levels. New attack moves. New ways to get at you. New strategies. Be prepared for surprises!
Unique Blend Of Weaponry - Modern military assault rifles, brutal improvised makeshift weapons, classic historical guns, and off the wall “Mad Scientist” weapons, KILLING FLOOR 2 has a unique blend of killing tools that will satisfy any gamer.
Expanded Perk System - Perks from the original game have been reimagined with more added to the fold. All perks now progress with meaningful talent choices that amplify different play styles, giving players a progression path that is expansive and full of rewarding milestones.
Brutal Melee Combat - KILLING FLOOR 2 reinvents melee combat completely. Players now have control over the type of melee attacks they can perform, enabling them to deliver bone-breaking crippling attacks to Zeds.
SDK - as always with our games, the tools to create maps and so much more! With Early Access, this will allow the creation of new levels. The full SDK support was rolled out through the Early Access period.
Killing Floor 2 March Content Pack Update:

Killing Floor 2 Deluxe Edition adds new playable characters and cosmetic in-game items that will make any zed-killer look stylish, and grants a gift-able copy of the first game. "Skullyphones" and the Bowler Hat are the standouts because they fit, the awesome, Mr. Foster. I would say, however, that the upgrade is not worth the full price, unless you want to support the developers. Definitely get it on sale, though, if you only have the base game!
KF2 Digital Deluxe Edition Upgrade Pack is one of the good ones you could find in the market! Like any other similar games in which cosmetic items considered good additions to the game, this pack provides mostly cosmetic skins and wearings you can use to decorate your character as you wish. there's also some amazing soundtracks and artistic designs along with and more importantly a fresh copy of the marvellous original Killing Floor , which you can get as a real good extra form this upgrade! I guess these additions are really worthy to consider upgrade your base KF2 game to Deluxe Edition!
I didn't like this game when it was first available back in early access, but after it's full release last month with all the much needed rebalancing changes they've implemented and the new perks it's a ton of fun!
Killing Floor 2's Digital Deluxe Edition Upgrade will get you a new character to play as, the character has no unique abilities but will have their own lines of dialogue, voice, and cosmetic items so if you plan to play the game a lot and like the character that this adds it could be worth it for that. You get the game's soundtrack which is great for fans of the game's band. Some new cosmetic items are added, though each one is limited to working on only some of the characters, I'm not really a fan of them but it's nice to have more options. The original Killing Floor is also included which is still fun to play but ideally you would probably want Killing Floor 2 to surpass the original. A digital art book is also included, for what is included $10 isn't a bad price.
The digital deluxe Upgrade of Killing Floor 2 includes few cosmetic upgrades and and the original soundtrack of the game in addition to the digital art book and a copy of the first game , the cosmetic upgrades are cool , you get DJ Scully which is a returning character from Killing Floor 1 and a pair of headphones , 3D Glasses for 3 characters and a hat for 3 others . The reason to pick this up is the awesome soundtrack of the game which includes Metal tracks from the best bands out there like Zynthetic , and a copy of the first Killing Floor title which in my eyes is still better than the second game so far , if you don't own the first game and you want the list of tracks you should totally pick this upgrade up .
