I've bought around 25 games through these bundles. All have been little-known indie games, most with low Steam ratings. Aside from 3 or 4 nice indie games, this has been a waste. It's gotten to the point I'm having to delete my green man gaming bookmark because it's just depressing that I keep falling for this, I could have spent my money on something I actually wanted.
1st buy got new cheap games, 2nd buy got 3 repeats, 3rd buy got 5 repeats, 4th buy got 5 repeats as well. these 3 games seem to be in the loot box all the time since I got 4 copies now. For advertising 100+ games and getting repeats like this is not worth it. I should've spent money on the lottery instead.
Out of my "Mighty 7", only two games may even be worth playing. Was it fun imagining getting a copy of BF1 or the Witcher 3? YES, it was. Am I surprised I didn't get anything worthwhile? No, not at all. My summary is that while fun and I got more than I paid for I feel that I didn't really get much for my money. 7/10 will probably buy another on payday.
I bought two sets of the 7 pack... only three different games between the sets. I guess I can't complain that much, because between Lifeless, The Black Death, and Keebles, that's like 50 dollars worth of games.... just sad that the rest got wasted. If you buy the Lucky 7, expect only 1 or 2 to be decent, and the rest to be giveaways.
Purchased this box and only got one title I already had. Not bad for $5. I can use the games to get Steam cards to sell.
