Only the boldest Wizards challenge each other on a large body of water, the Wizards inability to tread water is a more common cause of death during these duels than the successful spell casting of the opponent.
New map for the Versus game mode
Frozen water provides new environmental hazard
Contains many different pleasing shades of blue and white
The pricetag is obviously a tad to high on this content. However leaving the price to the side, the map itself is very entertaining when playing online with friends. The big icy lake is affected by elements summoned by the robed wizards. When online with friends it is hilarious to shoot fire around to defeat your contenders in a easy and stylish way!
This DLC is quite a disappointment, not adding very much to the Magicka experience. However, this map is decent and can be fun for a short while, but will not keep you engaged for very long. If you are a die-hard Magicka fan, it is decent for the price but do not expect too much.
The map itself is very nice and well made. However, considering other packs for Magicka offer more for less, i.e .99 cent packs, which really offsets the map by giving less for more of an expense. Though its not a heavy hitting price its still worth noting that you can get more content for the game for less
Its another DLC that is only suited for competitive Magicka players. Since most of the PvP games are between friends, There is a strong chance that if you are a gamer with no friends to play, you might end up never playing it. Map although is unique and fun. I think all PvP maps should be bundled and sold for 2 dollars. 1 map for 2 dollars is not worth it.
Magicka devs must be make new campaign expansions as a DLC's. This DLC is worthless, it adds a new map but map is not good and boring. You should get Magicka: Vietnam if you want to buy a good DLC.
