Overwatch features a wide array of unique heroes, ranging from a time-jumping adventurer, to an armored, rocket-hammer-wielding warrior, to a transcendent robot monk. Every hero plays differently, and mastering their abilities is the key to unlocking their potential. No two heroes are the same.

PLAY YOUR ROLE

Whether you're engaging in combat on the front line, providing defensive cover with your energy shield, or supporting your allies by amplifying their damage, every hero's abilities are designed to be effective as part of a team. Learning to utilize your abilities in concert with your teammates' is the key to victory.

TEAM-BASED OBJECTIVES

Teams of heroes do battle across the planet. From protecting the secrets of the mysterious Temple of Anubis, to safely escorting an EMP device through King's Row, the world is your battlefield.

Blizzard is back, baby

So all the controversies aside, this is actually a good FPS team arena game. Gameplay is fluid, controls are responsive, graphics are really nice to look at (like with many Blizzard games) and characters are varied, although some of them incredibly unbalanced. If you expect single player shooter, you might be disappointed, because this game is online only. If you liked Team Fortress 2, you will absolutely fall in love with this game, because it is nearly like TF2, only bigger, mostly because it is high budget title and not free to play game. The only really bad thing about this game is lack of any endgame and after some serious hours game can get repetitive, even with cast as diverse as this. While it's not bad, personally, I would wait for a sale, because while it is worth checking out and you will enjoy it, the amount of content doesn't justify the price.

A Fun To Play Game

The game has an impressive class based character system, with 21 diverse heroes that have been split into four different subsections ? Tank, Support (Healer), Offence (DPS) and Defense. Tanks pretty much act as they sound, it?s their role to soak up all the bullets, blade and rockets like a sponge and lead the charge into battle. Support heroes heal, shield and buff their comrades and are the main reason your hero is still alive and kicking. Offence heroes are there to do one thing only; serious amounts of damage. Which leads me onto the forth subsection of heroes and my favorite, the Defense. Defensive heroes are there to fortify choke-points, interrupt the enemy and basically be an all-out nuisance to the opposing team. Each character has its own backstory, strengths, weaknesses, difficulty rating and a full set of skills to use in game

TF2 for the next generation

If you have somehow never heard about this game that made waves across the gaming landscape, here's an introduction. Overwatch was developed by Blizzard whose other notable games have been World of Warcraft, Hearthstone, Starcraft, Diablo, and now Overwatch. This is a team based, online multiplayer game, which you pick different "heroes" who have different special abilities and weapons. Here's a breakdown- Pros- -Well designed maps -Over 20 heroes to play as with new ones be added for free -New maps and gamemodes being added for free -Plenty of cosmetics to obtain and decorate your characters with -Is a blast to play solo or with friends -Very balanced and fair gameplay Cons- -A lack of maps and gamemodes -Cosmetics are earned through random chance and microtransactions -Is more fun if you play with friends -Offline play is almost non-existant TLDR: Overwatch is very fun and enjoyable with plenty of heroes to choose from, tactics to learn, cosmetics to use for customization, and continued support through free heroes, maps, and gamemodes. Some of the flaws are that there is a lack of maps and gamemodes, the only way to earn cosmetics is through getting them from random chance by loot boxes which you earn by leveling up or paying real money for. Over all it's a great game through it's hero variety and I recommend buying it especially if you have friends to play with.

Best Multiplayer in a long time

There is no better game to just jump on and have some fun with. Dynamic characters, great performance, constantly updated and a variety of modes. If you love multiplayer, you NEED Overwatch.

I have never got bored of it because there are lots of heroes of try out and it takes time to master them.If I can describe the game in just one word I may say : perfection. Overall, the graphics are smooth, you can never get bored because of the variety of heroes you can choose from and the gameplay is just great!
