Standard DLC

Outfit is not as ugly as others, but it is just too standard for me. I didn't feel cool while wearing it or something. Actually, I didn't feel cool wearing any extra outfit from the DLCs and I stuck to the default red one. Anyway, this one gives you some new abilities to make hunting easier, and as I said in other DLC, hunting is not the best part of Rise of the Tomb Raider, so, saving some extra time doing so is kind of nice. Not nice enough to be worth it, though.

Horse Armor DLC 2: Electric Boogaloo

Rise of the Tomb Raider is a good game, just as good as its predecessor. However, this DLC is absolutely worthless. It is just a costume skin, a weapon skin, and some extra microtransaction cards for a “thank you” for buying this DLC. This is unacceptable. This kind of DLC should not be DLC but instead in-game bonuses that you get for completing the game or unlocking certain achievements. Maybe it could be forgiven if it was just $1, but $3 for what is this game’s version of horse armor? No, just no. Avoid this DLC. Avoid all DLC like it. Stick to DLC that gives you something worthwhile, not something that literally says “I paid money for this DLC and all I got was a t-shirt”.
