Finding out that they got infected themselves during one of their fights against the headcases, they players struggle desperately to find a cure for the Cognitive Fragmentation Disorder they are suffering, while an AI inside them tries to assert control over their body and mind.

Zombies are popular... deal with it!

More missions, a continuation of the storyline (with another canon choice at the end) more and better gear. What's not to like? Okay, you might want to know a little bit more than that. As others have pointed out, many of the maps are bigger, and require you to think more tactically. There are new enemies with their own strategies you have to overcome. Of course, new and better gear to help you overcome those new challenges. There's even a puzzle or two in there to overcome, whether it's to get through the mission, or an accomplishment.I had a lot of fun with it myself, and if you like and have completed the base game and story, following up with the next chapter is definitely worth the expansion. If you like "Infected" be sure to pick up the Missions expansion as a follow up to it! It is a follow up to "Infected" and introduces the first "repeatable" mission content, so you can continue to get runs with friends or solo, and of course, better gear to help with whatever comes next!

In this expansion pack you will find a variety of different things that the developers have added, which includes some new weapons, some new skills and new gear for your characters to equip. That was what the list said about this expansion, I however didn't really see any new skills that where on my characters whilst playing the game through. It didn't seem like they actually added any skills, unless I'm just being blind while playing the game. The weapons that are featured as new are the next teir up in the weaponry system. It seemed to me like there was a nice variety of weapons that they added, although you can kind of tell which new items in the game have just been redone with a new skin and then put into this expansion pack. It did seem a little lazy for the weapons and the 'new skills' but we will overlook them for the time being and go onto the new add-on of the campaign The new add-on for the campaign missions seem to be a little different from the missions in the main game. The game goes through a detailed story for the next chapter in the Shadowrun: Boston Lockdown, which in my opinion is better than the actual story in the main game. The missions that come with this expansion are much bigger maps than those maps in the original game. Although this seems like a lot of content, there is only unfortunately about 7 missions. It takes about 40-50 minutes to complete each mission on your first time playing through this newly added on campaign missions. There are also some new enemies that are added to this, called the Technomancer, which seemed to be really nicely done in terms of his animations and graphic style of him. For what the expansion is asking, I think that this expansion pack is well worth buying if you enjoyed the original Shadowrun: Boston Lockdown. It has bigger maps for all your missions, which both extend your time playing the game and more ways to think tatically for attacking enemies. Although the game falls a bit from not having any new skills, that I could see anyways. Some of the new gear is just old gear re-textured.

Because everything needs some kind of zombie infestation

Shadowrun Chronicles: Infected DLC says that it includes additional campaign missions, new gear, cyberware, skills, and enemies. The add on doesn't actually include new skills, new equipment is mostly new tier gear with cosmetic changes, and I believe they mean Technomancers. The DLC includes only seven new maps but they are larger and will take longer to complete than the levels that you are used to playing. If you enjoyed the original game this is a good add on despite some misleading or incorrect statements in the description and the misspelling.
