Game description

Originally created by legendary game designer Sid Meier, Civilization is a turn-based strategy game in which you attempt to build an empire to stand the test of time. Become Ruler of the World by establishing and leading a civilization from the Stone Age to the Information Age. Wage war, conduct diplomacy, advance your culture, and go head-to-head with history’s greatest leaders as you attempt to build the greatest civilization the world has ever known.

Civilization VI offers new ways to engage with your world: cities now physically expand across the map, active research in technology and culture unlocks new potential, and competing leaders will pursue their own agendas based on their historical traits as you race for one of five ways to achieve victory in the game.

Key Features:

See the marvels of your empire spread across the map like never before. Each city spans multiple tiles so you can custom build your cities to take full advantage of the local terrain.

Unlock boosts that speed your civilization’s progress through history. To advance more quickly, use your units to actively explore, develop your environment, and discover new cultures.

Interactions with other civilizations change over the course of the game, from primitive first interactions where conflict is a fact of life, to late game alliances and negotiations.

Expanding on the “one unit per tile” design, support units can now be embedded with other units, like anti-tank support with infantry, or a warrior with settlers. Similar units can also be combined to form powerful “Corps” units.

In addition to traditional multiplayer modes, cooperate and compete with your friends in a wide variety of situations all designed to be easily completed in a single session.

Civilization VI provides veteran players new ways to build and tune their civilization for the greatest chance of success. New tutorial systems introduce new players to the underlying concepts so they can easily get started.

PCGamesN - 9/10 - "It's just the beginning of a new Civ Chapter, and what a glorious, confident beginning it is."

Telegraph - 100 - "Civilization 6 is not just a great strategy game - it's a remarkable comeback."

IGN - “Possibly the biggest and deepest game in the series' 25-year history.”

We've had the pleasure of playing Civ 6 for a few hours already, although I wish we had more. Each match of Civilization 6 will take you hours to complete, but not without good reason, the new improvements in improving city tiles, diplomacy and more make Civilization VI fresh enough to make us want to play this game for hundreds of hours.

You can guide your Civilization from being spear-wielding warriors to high-tech, advanced troopers. Combat not really your style? Why not build your Civilization around culture, and be the most cosmopolitan country in the world! There's so much to Civilization VI, and it's going to last you a long, long time. Getting into games with friends will be sure to ruin some relationships along the way- and that's just a testament to how incredible this game is.

Cool game

Once I was as you are adventuring - hijacked cars, robbed banks, drenched zombies climbing on the dumps, sleep under the Japanese graphic novels. But then I caught an arrow knee. And now pinning Alrik popentusom on the throne only do that send the nation to death. Or in the space. If we get lucky. Since 1991 - as my counterpart said in this case,Queen Victoria. And here again, the next tactical and strategic background of adventures that we find ourselves in the Alpha Centauri .... oops, this time on Mars. For bustler rushing rashit bi or staring at another Interneshenl - yes, the AI ??is rather weak and illogical. But with the AI ??problem lies in the empty placeholder at the moment, which is filled with at least the major DLC release. And where ? hides all games content. Well, that is, you understand - come in a couple of years. Let us examine a series of innovations. The genre is so unlikely that the new, we see from Firaxis. Equality of the sexes. Developer Syurpriz.Marketing be fired, they do not tighten it here.Vicky the British justified and even give me a hundred points ahead on the validity of a place on the throne over Alrik. A current incarnation Cleo Egyptians will certainly crush to many. But Gorgo Greeks and Maria de 'Medici in French. Really? Tomiris Scythians. Semi-mythical character, quite already.Workers now after production improvements discharged three cell (up to six with all sorts of bonuses, seven from the Chinese) and disappear. Less boring micromanagement in the game. More attention antics Cleo, or large bomb Gandhi. It also became more options in the city burst production by using various combinations of workers use.Good move, Firaxis, I like it. Units up to three pieces of the same type can be bonded to one for UBERZOLDATEN. The resulting chaknorris has increased damage, and get all updates bonded units. What type of cheer. Because I have three ordinary soldier took out one of the one and a half to walk. Swordsman can be added to the stack siege tower. What is it that without it, it is equally quick kill. What type of variety to the gameplay. Tepericha two parallel wood technology. The classic engineering of science and humanities for culture. And it is right. Less branched, more straightforward. Complex combinations produce the desired niche garbage like "Mathematics" with Petra no.It's a pity. Another would be to separate the religion brought. Religious wars. Two religious unit of different faiths now met on the map, can compete Pinus power of faith. This Statement parallel war without a formal declaration. Invest in religion now, at least, interesting. Leaders of states now have "features." A set of preferences,in which they will build their gaming activities. King Peter, for example, will have to respect and to send caravans, if you are more cultured and developed man. This will stick to the tactics of horizontal cities spam, adhering to the poles.Vicki English dreams of their cities on all continents directly and therefore sends a settler across the ocean necessarily, even if there will be enough space for another city. Well, etc. At the moment, the leaders of very small and there is a clear problem of imbalance leading features. Because they do not balance each other.Decides it would be filling placeholders as DLC release. The main, and most sweet feature of this part of the game - urban areas. Just inside the city is now little that can be built. Is that the bath and toilet. Main activities delivered in specialized areas which will have to build on the cells around the city.As well as the wonders of the world. Finally, diabolical laughter * *. Now you do not build up the capital of the 56th miracles. Which, of course plus sign. Yes, and all areas at once can not be built, first have to go to the specialization of cities. And considering that every region can have a bonus on their location, their construction is transformed into an exciting mini-quest.Despite the terrible Russian localization (sometimes carved game content, which is in the English version of the game -. Compare in diplomacy screens), huge as Siberia placeholders in the gameplay, rather weak AI disease "one more turn, and now dostroyu of the archer and sleep. A ochuhivaeshsya in the morning, when it's time to run the computers in space "on the spot.Stop hard, played hard drinking. But of course we are waiting for the output of all-all-DLC shechek. The same story that was part of the fifth.

By far one of the best games created.

Civilization VI will go down in history as the most fully-featured launch version in the series. Many of those are smartly revamped versions of Civ classics, but it finds its own identity with great new ideas like spread-out cities, customizeable governments, research boosts, and leader agendas. And even though the AI has some improving to do, it can put up enough of a fight to make world domination a challenge.

One of the best CIV games in a while

While, CIV 5 was pretty good and CIV Beyond Earth was ok..... CIV 6 definitely lives up to the Civilization Series in terms of replayability, fun, and "just one more turn" moments. However at this moment I can't say if it comes close to 5. The art work in this game is beautiful and I do recommend it. When it comes to multiplayer its still a little buggy. The AI is a little to agressive but if you put down they're level they are less agressive. I would definatley say look past the good reviews and if you have the money get it cause it is a beautiful game and it still has a lot of play to learn and its fun to explore the strategy.
