SpellForce 3 - The perfect blend between RTS and RPG!
It is the year 518. The rebellion of the renegade mages, known as the Mage Wars, has been quashed by the Crown. However, it was a Pyrrhic victory: Whole regions have fallen into anarchy, refugees roam the lands in search of shelter, and a mysterious, deadly plague called the “Bloodburn” has arisen and is spreading rapidly.
In times like these people cling to any sign of hope they can find. The Purity of Light, led by a charismatic man called Rondar Lacaine, claims that mages are the source of all misfortune – and that only the second coming of Aonir, the father of all gods, will return Eo to its former splendor.
The story takes place before the acclaimed SpellForce: The Order of Dawn.

Ever liked playing an RPG, but were sad there was no strategy elements to it? Ever felt the same for strategy, but without RPG elements? This game combines both into a unique experience I haven't felt in any other franchise or product. You can control more than 1 character like in Dragon age, there is character development, and so on. I await how the future will treat this game. If only the popular Diablo and Warcraft games were made into one - fans from both franchises would love it.
The spellforce series is a collection of special games that PC owners must proud of it, this series combines both of role-playing and the strategy genres and has a special atmosphere which is unique and you didn't see it in any game before. Its role-play dimensions reflect well-known games such as Diablo and Sacred titles, and inherit the development of personality, skill trees, personalization of equipment, and isometric viewing angles, and the ability to simultaneously control multiple characters resembles titles such as Baldur's Gate or Neverwinter Nights. Also, Its strategy dimensions are borrowed from games like Warcraft. The two previous games of the series all come with a positive feedback from critics and players, and I'm sure the new Spellforce 3 is expected to be well received.
