A must for fans of board games and card games.

Fun laid back game to play with friends, lobbies can fit up to 7 people. Any board game or card game you can think of is probably available to download for this game in the steam workshop, there are hundreds of games available there, including UNO, Clue, Cards Against Humanity (personal favorite), Secret Hitler, Monopoly, Scrabble, Connect Four, Life, etc. Graphics are very good and you dont need a great pc to run it as well. You can do some fun stuff in the game like draw on items, drop a mp3 player on the table to play songs and can even drop a tablet on the table to search websites like youtube so all the players can see it. The only thing I don't like is that there's lots of controls and commands you need to memorize in order to fully play these games efficiently. There's voicechat in the game in order to communicate when playing with randoms as well.

Definitely get this game

Fantastic game. I'm a busy engineer, with most of my friends living far away. Nothing better than a board game to chat over, and this game is the closest thing to a board game night I can think of. I'm not much for the current batch of pvp multiplayer games; it's not worth the time to get proficient enough that each match isn't a lesson in competitive respawning, but this type of online multiplayer is absolutely wonderful. I'm very excited to have found this game, as it will no doubt be a solid way to keep up with my friends. The sandbox element is wonderful as well. I can definitely see my self contributing to the workshop as time goes on. The game makes it extremely accessible to be a contributor to the community, and from what I can tell, it's a great community worth contributing to.

Everything you can do on a normal table simulator

There is seriously very little you can't do on tabletop simulator. Card games, chess, drawing, even going on the internet. You can play up with up to seven friends which gives you a lot of variety. It's just a great way to do just about anything, be it calm, relaxing games, or salt-inducing games, and even just a fun, chaotic time with friends.

Nearly endless supply of games and fun for a group of friends

Have you ever wanted to play Risk with your friends from all over the world? Enter Tabletop Simulator. You can do that and more besides. The game has some classic games like Chess, poker and backgammon by default, but most of the fun ones can be found from the mods. You can host your own games with loads of options from flipping the table to adjusting the object lift height. The game has it's own chat, but I would recommend using something like TeamSpeak or Skype. The game doesn't limit you much which is good, but can also be a hindrance, because of the slightly steep learning curve of the more complicated settings and actions. + Good and ever growing list of games + Great fun with a group of friends -+ No enforcement of rules of any kind. - Not much fun on your own - Some hardship in learning all the settings and actions you can do It can't ever replace actually physically playing a game with friends, but overall it's great platform for games and a source of a great deal of fun. Friends not included.

Absolutely Amazing!

Tabletop Simulator is to games what Flight Simulators are to flying. Forget OCTGN, Vassal and other platforms. Tabletop Simulator actually makes you feel like you're sitting at the table with your cards in hand. Complete with great graphics and a killer physics engine you'll be forgiven if you forget you're not playing irl. Long story short, if you love deck builders, CCG's, LCG's, board games, card games, miniature games, etc., etc., etc....you need to have this!
