Exceeds in every aspect

After playing a lot of this game on the console a lot of time ago,and after reviewing it on PC but most of people knows that Skyrim it's huge when we talk about content. The story it's a bit short and the liking of it it's objective but I thought it was a not that long story but an epic one where you really felt like the dragonborn from the mythology. There are thousands of side-quests,side quests which evolves in a main quest and I can assuare you that some are better than the main story (dark brotherhood),some side quests sends you to beat daedric gods, some to kill dragons or to save cities.Overall there is a lot of good quality content, except there are some side quests that sends you to do a thing over and over again, those are made for grinding and getting XP. The gameplay it's easy, relaxing one.You don't really have to give your best to kill a huge creature ,you just have to find some better gear or craft them. There are lots of kilometers that you have to walk to explore the map,to explore dungeons for better items or for new dragon shouts. This walk might get boring if you want to explore everything from the start, but eventually you will explore a big portion of map by just doing quests and not to say that if you install some graphical mods the walking will pay off. Overall this is a great game,a great experience with lots of content and you might want to peak an eye on some of the mods if you want to add up to that experience although it might cut your frame rate in half it's still worth it trying mods.

Amazing Game

Extremely nice open world game, that lets you explore and kill stuff. It even has a skill tree system to allow you to develop your character based on how you would want to play it, be it a stealthy assassin or a blood thirsty barehanded brawler. Furthermore, it can be enhanced based on the race that you decided to start out with. Once you are through with the story line of the game and had enough of the vanilla experience, installing the mods is when the game becomes really interesting. Essential mods such as inventory mods and some graphics overhaul mods makes its so much nicer looking and much easier to use. All in all interesting game and extremely worth it for the price.

All about time

Skyrim isn't a game about content, it's a game about time. Your time. It's a question of whether or not you wish to use your time to explore what seems to be an unlimited amount of content. Although considerably smaller than it's predecessors, Bethesda packs more into this smaller world than I have been able to find in any other Elder Scroll game previously. This is a game that was not only worth my time, but one that I think is worth your time.

One of the best RPGs so far!

This game is just addicting, once you create your alter-ego you'll live your adventure in a land where dragons are returning. Personally I loved the sneaky way in this game (with tons of crits) but honestly: archery, 2h swords, maces, spellcasting.. everything is just addicting and in the perfect The Elder Scrolls style. A masterpiece for every rpg out there with its story with TONS of sidequests, the crafting, the soundtracks and an huge community with tons of mods. You'll never regret to have this game in your library, this is a gem, a real one.

Beautiful, but not perfect

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim is an open world RPG released in 2011. This game is very popular and received universal acclaim among critics. I finally bought it not so long ago, as it would be a crime as a gamer to pass by such an important title. Pros: Fantastic Graphics (given when it came out) Awesome open world Deep and complex lore Cons: Mediocre at best combat Not too fun without mods In conclusion, although I found this game to be a very good one, I feel as if it is a bit overrated. The combat is pretty terrible, which makes a big impact in this kind of game. However, I still recommend this to the majority of gamers, as it's an experience that you shouldn't ignore. If you have already played Skyrim and are looking for another game, I would highly recommend you check out the Dark Souls series. 8/10
