Experience firsthand the powerful force that is The Keeper in The Evil Within: The Executioner. This third and final add-on for The Evil Within places players in a series of battle arenas all from the first-person perspective of The Keeper. Initially armed with The Keeper’s signature hammer, players will fight against a host of The Evil Within’s iconic villains to earn new weapons and upgrades. Set in the Manor House of the Victoriano Estate, The Executioner features first-person melee combat combined with exploration and discovery as players unearth the story of a man forced to become The Keeper.

In this DLC, players will be able to take control of The Keeper, which was considered one of the enemies in the main game. You will have access to some devastating weapons and will return to the Victorian building to fight other enemies in the Evil Within. The most attractive part of this DLC is that the viewing angle is the first person and isn't be third person like the original game and now you can tear your enemies apart easily. But its story is short if you don't complete side objectives. In my opinion, The Executioner is the most exciting and enjoyable dlc in the evil within season pass
The Executioner DLC is more like a game mode than an expansion of the main story. This time, you take control of one of the iconic antagonists of The Evil Within, that pyramid-head like enemy we faced during the main story. This is more like the classic arena mode in every game. The DLC features a variety of weapons and powers and a new point of view, swtiching from the third person view to a first person one. The DLC will take you a couple of hours, but it has a lot of replayability since it features a score system, with leaderboards and such. Way easier than the main campaign, but still worth it if you want a shift in the franchise.
The Executioner is the third DLC for The Evil Within. This time, we don't play Sebastian nor Kidman. This DLC is a whole different beast, for we control The Keeper, the mysterious man who has a box serving as his head. No more stealth either. The Keeper uses his brute force to kill the Haunted and can even upgrade his powers. The DLC feels like a reward to the players who endure the main game difficulty setting. Now it's payback time and it is very satisfying! The story is interesting too, telling the tale behind The Keeper existence. A very nice DLC to play, even though it recycles some levels from the main game.
