The Let It Snow Pack DLC adds some new cosmetics to the game in the form of shirts and weapon skins. The new weapon skins will give you five different color varieties the look like Christmas wrapping paper. For a new shirt option you get a new red and green sweater that have Christmas themed icons on them, it is disappointing it is just two colors of the exact same thing though. With the way the game is designed it is disappointing that more clothing options aren't available in the base game or given to you from the season pass, as there isn't much diversity in the appearance of player characters, it's unfortunate they sell as high cost DLC but if you really enjoy the game or want more outfits and weapon skins they look fine and fit for the holidays and snowy areas but the limited clothing and five skins in the same style give it a lot less variety than other DLC.
