Reviews for Warhammer 40,000: Eternal Crusade

Reasonably faithful to the 40k theme

All in all, this game could turn out to be great. Steps are being taken to improve the game and slowly it's starting to shape up. If the servers were further improved and some of the design choices were changed I would not hesitate to recommend it wholeheartedly. A great 40K themed shooter will please a lot of fans. I really have had some excellent matches playing the game, but sometimes the problems are annoying. Generally it's more positive than negative. More game content, such as new maps and classes are being added too.

Good game but it can be so much more

The game is good, the atmosphere of Warhammer 40k is captured quite accurately imo. But it need an overhaul in balance between factions and weapons within each faction. Map should also be designed so that ppl need to work together like real Space Marines. ATM Xenos is so OP

A great big WAAAGH!!!

Warhammer 40K: Eternal Crusade might be in development, but it has a lot of potential. It plays very similar to Warhammer 40K: Space Marine in that it is a third person shooter where you get to customize your character with various weapons and armor. In terms of variety there is not too much to the game currently, but what there is is still decent. There is no story and the game is just multiplayer team matches, but unlike most multiplayer games it is a team-based with an element of strategy. There is no regenerating health and your weapon and equipment choice is more meaningful than just “shotgun or assault rifle”. There is not much to say or review about Warhammer 40K: Eternal Crusade, but what there is will please any Warhammer 40K fan and or make a fan out of those who are merely interested. Try it out and prepare to enjoy yourself.
