Endwalker Level Cap
As with other previous Final Fantasy XIV expansions, Endwalker provides a sizable boost to the level cap, allowing players to reach all new peaks of power and unlock a range of new abilities in the process. Final Fantasy XIV Endwalker increases the level cap from 70 to 80; that represents a whole heap of extra adventuring to be done.
Endwalker New Jobs
The fourth Final Fantasy XIV DLC brings with it no less than two all new jobs – the healer-focused Sage job and the DPS-focused Reaper job. Through the employ of a flying set of foci, the Sage isn’t just capable of providing mass healing to the group, but can also dish out a surprising amount of damage to enemies as well with their potent magical powers. Elsewhere, the new Reaper job combines lethal speed with devastating magical melee attacks, making them one of the most potent damage dealers of all the jobs available in Endwalker.
Endwalker New Areas – Labyrinthos, Garlemald & Thavnair
Along with a boost to the level cap and two new jobs for players to get stuck into, Final Fantasy XIV Endwalker also boasts three entirely new areas. A vast chamber of carefully-maintained knowledge and invention, Labyrinthos sits underneath Old Sharlayan and contains within it a wealth of secrets for wannabe heroes to discover.
Previously the seat of the magitek-rich empire in the northern regions, Garlemald fell to ruin on account of a devastating civil war that has reduced the previously proud capital to a mere shadow of its formidable former self. And, iIf Garlemald is seemingly barren of all life then Thavnair is the polar opposite, greeting adventurers with opulent, sweltering tropics through which the low hum and vivid hues of dormant magic can both be heard and seen.
Endwalker New Raids
There are two all-new raids in Final Fantasy XIV Endwalker that will test even the most hardened band of warriors. The first is the new “Myths of the Realm” alliance raid that tasks players to pool their power and tactical acumen together in order to tackle the story of the twelve divine beings that have held sway over Eorzea. The next is a high-level raid called “Pandemonium” – a mysterious new challenge in which a party of heroes will descend beneath the soil to face down a chaotic and ancient evil from ages past.
