Game description

The best franchise game

In my opinion, it is the best game of the franchise '' Resident Evil '' since it is not only the first game that implemented the 3rd person view, it also has an excellent plot, good puzzles, a fun minigame, a variety of things to do, and it is an experience very close to the horror, it is something very characteristic in this game and for that reason I consider it an excellent game

Deserves all the praise

This title is different the the others in the series...and here it's still a good different, unlike 5. 4 is a great adventure, with over the top villains, scary monsters, and lots of shooting. The aiming can be a little interesting at first, and it certainly is, but it can be used to, and sure, you can't run and gun in real life, if you wan't to hit anything, but it's funny they stick to realism here. There are some annoying things in the game. Half of it is an escort mission, but at least the president's daughter can be hid, plus it isn't that likely anyone get's to her, before they get you. The inventory and saving system is still a mess, but i got used to that by now. Anyway, great game!

The Best Resident Evil Game of all time!

Resident Evil 4 is undoubtedly one of the best video games of history and the most popular one among all Resident Evil fans. The game has been released 10 times for various platforms. The game turned into a law book for the Survival Horror genre; any game that wants to be in the Survival Horror genre should take on the same role model because RE4 has greatly increased the taste and expectation of people from a horror title. RE4 even defines new standards in the "third-person shooter" genre. This game is worthy of the winner and nominee for several "Game of the Year" titles. By making this game, Shinji Mykami proved that a horror game could be made both commercially and critically successful. A game, which even Mykami inspired the idea of creating The Evil Within from it. In this version the colors become more realistic and the atmosphere of the game will dictate your will. Thanks to the new graphics and of course lighting, you'll be totally influenced by the gaming atmosphere that will make the game experience definitely more enjoyable.

The best Resident Evil that Capcom has made

Resident Evil 4 was the first fully 3D Resident Evil that offers the player a new way to experience the game with more ways to go, and more free and linear world to survive. After the events of Raccoon City, Leon S. Kennedy is set to rescue the president's daughter from a misterious kidnapper then to discover a whole plot to erase America from the map and take over the world with a new kind of virus. It's the same game from the PS2 era, now more prettier and stable that before, a higher resolution and more framerates to enjoy either the story or mercenaries mode. Recommended.

Finally good port of a great game.

The game that many players loved and also a lot of hated, especially on PC. The console port has received poor control and graphics from the PS2 era. Fans quickly took up the texture modification but the bad taste remained, as the problem with controls remained. Fans of the series have complained about the lack of a climate of horror known from the previous parts as this time we get bigger environment, somewhat similar to sandbox experience, the gameplay is also more of an arcade. as for the remaster, it's lot better than the original release, this version I recommend.
