This pack includes:
An Environmental Puzzle Game About Family, Grit, and Survival. Grays roam the land, largely in the absence of human interference. These aren't your typical Zed -- theirs is a very different sort of apocalypse. Animals spontaneously transform into twisted, violent beings. The earth decays, collapsing into a network of abysses. The wilderness thickens.
A Valley Without Wind 1 & 2 Dual Pack
A modern take on the 16-bit era, A Valley Without Wind 2 blends a variety of mechanics across multiple genres, seamlessly bringing together the best qualities of old-school platform-shooters and turn-based strategy games. You choose how and where to explore via the world map, how to upgrade your character via mage classes, feats, and perks that you unlock, and how to battle the forces of evil every step of the way.
A Valley Without Wind 1 & 2 Dual Pack:
Arcen Games is one of the game companies that became better known during the popularity of indie games. Their most popular games are AI War: Fleet Command and Skyward Collapse, which I liked a lot, so I decided to try more from them. The pack includes a survival game Shattered Haven. Reminding of zombie games, this is a bit different and puts you into various survival challenges - both in urban settings and in the wilderness. Then there are two more games: A Valley Without Wind 1 and 2. They are obviously inspired by 16-bit games and they mix different genres in an elegant way. So you get a higher level map, for a strategic level planning, while individual adventures are played in a side-scroller way. It's nice to see how much was improved in the second game in the series when you compare it to the first. It's not a colleector's only pack - if you like Arcen's interesting take and relaxed approach to mixing genres - you will enjoy these games.
