Doodle Devil was a sequel to Doodle God, keeping the same gameplay of combining elements to create new ones. You won't find many changes to the gameplay other than the theme now focusing on the Devil or sins rather than the creation of the world. Many of the elements are copied from Doodle God and this game lacks the additional features and wider variety of elements that can be found in the more recent titles. With the few changes made and the higher price of the PC version compared to the mobile version this one isn't really worth it when Doodle Kingdom and Mafia are available.
The Diabolical version does not differ much from the rest of the series. Here, also the main game consists in combining individual elements of the world to create new ones, from which you can further create the next. Connections are quite logical, the actual guidance system is really helpful. Doodle Devil offers other modes of play. Classically, these are quests, which are mini-games similar to the main mode, but with more limited capabilities. Frankly, I like them more than the campaign itself. Fewer combinations mean that there are no waiting periods to load the clues that are sometimes encountered in the main storyline.
