You're Henry, the son of a blacksmith. Thrust into a raging civil war, you watch helplessly as invaders storm your village and slaughter your friends and family. Narrowly escaping the brutal attack, you grab your sword to fight back. Avenge the death of your parents and help repel the invading forces!
Bohemia – located in the heart of Europe, the region is rich in culture, silver, and sprawling castles. The death of its beloved ruler, Emperor Charles IV, has plunged the kingdom into dark times: war, corruption, and discord are tearing this jewel of the Holy Roman Empire apart.
One of Charles' sons, Wenceslas, has inherited the crown. Unlike his father, Wenceslas is a naive, self-indulgent, unambitious monarch. His half-brother and King of Hungary, Sigismund the Red Fox, senses weakness in Wenceslas. Feigning good will, Sigismund travels to Bohemia and kidnaps his half-brother. With no king on the throne, Sigismund is now free to plunder Bohemia and seize its riches.
In the midst of this chaos, you're Henry, the son of a blacksmith. Your peaceful life is shattered when a mercenary raid, ordered by King Sigismund himself, burns your village to the ground. By bittersweet fortune, you are one of the sole survivors of this massacre.
Without a home, family, or future you end up in the service of Lord Radzig Kobyla, who is forming a resistance against the invasion. Fate drags you into this bloody conflict and shoves you into a raging civil war, where you help fight for the future of Bohemia.
Away from the dragons and wizards, our own history provides enough intrigue, as many betrayals, and enough conflict for a good story to be told through it. That is why Warhorse Studios has created Kingdom Come: Deliverance, a first-person RPG set in the Kingdom of Bohemia in 1403.
Kingdom Come: Deliverance PC allows you to embody the life of a peasant during this turbulent historical time period, as you slowly rise through the classes. A blacksmith’s son, your family are killed in the opening moments, so you head out into the world on a quest for revenge. Being an RPG, expect to get sidetracked plenty along the way.
Pull up your fists and brawl with other commoners in the dirt, take up arms in epic, historically accurate battles, and don the shining armour of a knight before heading out to put an end to groups of bandits.
Not only will your choices affect the story here, but every single decision you make will impact your abilities. Don heavy armour and sword swings will glance off, but your vision will be heavily impaired, your field of view limited to the slot in your helmet. If your enemy is wearing heavy armour, take up a blunt weapon and pummel them into submission.
Working with medieval combat experts, Warhorse has developed an intricate melee-based combat system that looks like it could be the most realistic depiction of swordplay ever committed to PC.

This is a game that looks gorgeous at first, but then the bad reality hits - the amount of bugs at release. Some might've been fixed, as I haven't read the patch notes. The open world looks amazing and is fun to play in. There is a lot to do and the dialogue is easy to do. Mini-games fill some of the empty space in-between and unfortunately then the bugs begin. They are quite generic and can be fixed easily tho ( like people walking backwards ). The story is fine, you have a lot of freedom and it might be best to wait till it gets fixed.
