Life is too short for this many good games

Life Is Strange proves once again what a great developer Dontnod is. Already with Remember Me they've proven that they do not want to do mainstream titles - and that's a good thing. Rather than relying on action setpieces, quick time events and mini games, Life Is Strange is one of the few dozen games that successfully show that games can be an art form, better than movies or books in some ways. Far too seldom is the life of a young teenager discussed in a game, the problems and conflicts, the modern social environment and technology. The decisions you have to make are not that easy - you question: am I doing the right thing? Did I make the right decision? And the protagonist is also confronted with this question many times, so sometimes it can be really hard to make certain decisions; keep in mind, every single decision changes the story, some more, some less , and that will affect the subsequent episodes. I'd rather not say anything more than that, because it's much better if you experience the story yourself. Those who can not take the time to explore lovingly designed environments and / or need continuous action are probably not going to be impressed with this title. However, if you want to put yourself in the shoes of a troubled teenage girl, discover a great story, and have nothing against slower, more immersive gameplay, you'll most likely greatly enjoy Life Is Strange.

One of the best story driven games that will make grown men cry

I wasn't expecting to get so invested to a game and its characters like I did with Life is Strange but that's exactly what happened. Max and Chloe have a great friendship that is portrayed beautifully in this game. The music is fantastic and consist of indy artists and bands and are put to great use in the game in specific moments. The graphics of the game are great and adds great atmosphere to the town and its characters. It took me 22 hours to complete all 5 episodes, but can be finished much quicker but since I'm a sucker to all the different outcomes and decisions that Max makes in the game, I had to rewind to see all the cutscenes to watch all the different possibilities of my actions. This game is definitely not for kids since there is very mature material discussed in the game and my jaw dropped on the floor when I saw what a fellow friend does when she gets bullied. A game has never gotten me to be teary eyed but that happened to me multiple times playing this game after seeing what happened to certain characters in this game. This game is definitely a buy if you're tired of play shoot em up games and want nice single player story driven game that makes you think.

Time is in your hands

Life is Strange is a great but short title, which at the same time gives you a lot of influence. Life is Strange truly proves that the supply of games in a cinematic way is not so much wrong and if game developers are really committed to their work, they can bring fantastic experiences that are worth a lot of repetition. Most of the games appeared to be weaker than expected this year, but the LIS featured a powerful story to attract everyone's attention. Gameplay has a lot of difference with the Telltale titles, and the creators have been able to create a new style in Gameplay, Music and sound is fantastic, and its artistic graphics are unique. Life is Strange is trying to present a dramatic and humanitarian story, and it will succeed in this subject.

Unique genius and beauty

t should be said Life is Strange is a distinctive title in a lovely style. The game uses a catchy and character-driven storyline that, despite the problems it has, with the added power of choice ahead of you can be said to be satisfying in this section and adding to the game's almost hearty game that unfortunately sometimes Bored, gamer interested in such titles will never regret DontNod's experience. Also, visual and audio aspects of the game are also at the level that will satisfy you. Apart from these, if you have not experienced the game so far, I suggest you leave the doubt aside and make sure you enjoy the game.

I want more!

The game is incredibly thrilling. Managing the fate of Max is simply an amazing experience. The game requires some thinking but most of all letting your heart guide you. You have to do everything as if it was your life. The game is incredibly well thought out. Everything we do has its consequences. Unfortunately, no one can go back in time to fix their mistakes like you can do in this amazing game. Very solid experience.
