This puzzle game has a "Easy to Learn - Hard to Master"-concept to it. Each level has a number of movable boxes, with different colors, within the playable area. Slide all boxes towards one of the six edges of the playable area to get three or more in a row. Boxes that are on a row will disappear and make it possible to continue. Planning and logical sense is required to make all boxes disappear and thereby clearing the level.
All the 120 levels are handcrafted and has a progressive difficulty curve. There are also special boxes
Puzzle Cube is a variation of a Tetris game placed in a 3d environment. While there was already an attempt in the past it was over complicated but it was obvious because 3D environment in the early 90s was almost non existant. This time is much, much better, as you turn around a cube filled with smaller colored cubes, by doing that you send the colored cubes towards one side by clicking on that side. Mission is to make them match. Very entertaining.
This game is great. Graphics are perfect for this type of game, minimalistic, sharp and clear, music is relaxing and gameplay is incredibly addictive. This game is basically a mix of 3D tetris and threes put into the cube. Concept is simple, yet addicting, only problem is that developers didn't think about some kind of rush/endless mode to extend the fun, since the main game can last to 3 hours, but for title small as this, it is good enough. Overall, great and relaxing puzzle game, if you're into this kind of thing, you will absolutely love it. Worth giving it a try, since the price of admission is pretty great. Recommended.
