Without any known faces...

Reservoir Dogs: Bloody Days is based on Tarantino's classic but frankly speaking you will be disappointed if you expect to see familiar faces. The game is a mix of action and strategy seen from a top-down perspective. The game is based on rewind mechanics where you can experiment which different approach and if one backfires rewind and try a different one.

The worst kind of film based game and a bad game on top of that

Reservoir Dogs Bloody Days is a top down shooter based on the movie from the early 90s, a little late to be making games about it and not a movie really fit to set an action game around in the first place. The art is poor and cartoony, AI is terrible, and the game plays like a bad version of Hotline Miami where you can take a little more damage. The interesting mechanic added to the game, in idea only, is that you can rewind time which will then allow you to take control of a different character while the previous character completes their actions. While this is certainly something different it ends up being a pretty dull and awkward feature as nothing will move these characters until you do and they will be locked to their route with no AI deviations based on what you do. Making this system even stranger is that it will change the behavior of the enemy characters who will now be reacting to what you do as the new character. The least interesting use of this mechanic would be to use it to split characters up to make sure different areas are covered but because of the changing timeline for enemies it can't even do that. Even if you kill all the enemies with the first character the game will still force you to rewind to play as your other characters which can cause the first character to be killed. There is some dialogue lifted from the movie that plays out in dull scenes that have no real point. This is a game to avoid for fans of the film and for those looking for a good top down shooter.
