  • Strike Suit Zero Standard Edition

  • Strike Suit Infinity

*Strike Suit Zero *

In the year 2299, an interstellar war rages on. In a bid to save Earth from destruction, you must take control of the Strike Suit – a revolutionary fighter craft with the ability to transform into a lethal suit of space armor. Immerse yourself in massive fleet battles where your dog-fighting skills will directly affect the fate of the cosmos.

Discover a colorful and vibrant universe, with an epic story where the fate of Earth hangs in the balance and your actions will determine the outcome: preventing Earth’s destruction is your immediate concern but preserving its future is your ultimate goal.

Engage intelligent enemy fighters and take on colossal capital ships, exploiting weak points in their super-structure to blow them apart. Upgrade your ships and customize your weapon load-outs to tailor combat to your tastes. Take advantage of four unique craft, including the Strike Suit, to experience dogfighting action as you’ve never seen it before.

This is space combat reborn.

Strike Suit Infinity

Ok, cadet. This is it. All your training has brought you to this point - you are here for one reason only: to be the best.

Strike Suit Infinity is a frantic high score chaser where your skill is the only thing that matters. Whatever combat experience you have had so far is considered irrelevant. There is no end to the enemies you will face. There is no winning. There is only the fight for survival.

Take to the cockpit of one of three Strike Suits, engaging waves of enemies, building your multiplier and putting as many points on the board as possible. You’ll need to use your head, though. In between rounds, use credits to purchase upgrades and reinforcements, maximizing your potential in the next round. The longer you can stay alive, the bigger your score, and the higher up the leaderboard you’ll find yourself.

Engage intelligent enemy fighters and take on colossal capital ships, exploiting weak points in their super-structure to blow them apart piece by piece. Upgrade your Strike Suit and customize your weapon load-outs to tailor combat to your tastes. Take advantage of three very different Strike Suits to experience dogfighting action as you’ve never seen it before.

Doesn't save you much and doesn't get you the directors cut of the first game

The Strike Suit Pack includes both the main game and the horde based Strike Suit Infinity. Strike Suit Zero is an arcade like third person space shooter. As you complete missions you will gain access to additional ships and weapons but you will most likely be using the strike suit whenever you are able to choose, as you damage targets you can change into a more mech like form and fire auto targeting missiles as you dash around which will probably be your primary method of attack. With your constantly recharging shields and many of your attacks being auto aimed or automatic hits when fired in a certain area the combat just isn't usually that satisfying. Some missions can tend to drag on for too long, the scoring system that can determine your ending doesn't really make sense, and the bonus objective you need to fulfill for upgrades on each mission is usually annoying and gives you no indication for when you fail it. Infinity removes some of the other unneeded elements such as the unnecessary and not very interesting story and annoying bonus objectives to give you a score based horde style mode that allows you to focus on the part of the game people tend to enjoy the most, the gameplay. By itself the lower price makes it a good way to try out the game or for people who just want a more action focused game. Buying them together won't save you much money and this only includes the standard edition of the main game when the directors cut is the better product.

If you're into arcade space sims, buy it!

If you're a fan of the more 'arcade' style space and flight sims that don't require micromanagement of the actual flying mechanics, if you're a fan of anime-inspired ship designs, if you're not bothered by a story that isn't overly complex(i.e. not a deal breaker if the story itself isn't epic, but moreso used as a backdrop as to WHY you're shooting things), and if you enjoy a linear gameplay experience; buy this game. The graphics are amazing, the game has been patched alot since release to fix the issues the community had with it; not to mention that it now supports Steamworks which means the sky is the limit for the modding community to take this game and meld it into any number of things. If you're on the fence about Strike Suit Zero(storyline) OR Strike Suit Infinity(Horde/Survival mode); I recommend just taking the plunge.

2 great mech games

This pack contains both games from the Strike Suit series. Zero is your 3D space shooter. As you play throughout the stage you will accumulate point to fill your bar and once it is reached you can transform your jet to the mech and lay havocs to foes within the mission. This game difficulty ramp can increase dramatically in a few stage then suddenly got much easier. The visuals are top notch. Must get for any action shooter fans. Then there is Infinity, Zero's evil twin, compare to Infinity this isn't much of a mission based game but instead a survival based game. Every thing is similar in Infinity except you are trying to defend waves of enemies and see how long you can hold off. Nice bonus in the pack and yet still a solid entry for the series.
