With South Park: The Fractured But Whole just around the corner, we thought it would be best to bring you up to speed on the current South Park video game story. Here is the South Park: The Stick Of Truth storyline.

South Park: The Stick Of Truth
Players jump into the role of the New Kid in South Park. The new kid has moved to South Park in order to escape his past and has arrived to the snowy colorado town during a town-wide fantasy battle that has been orchestrated by the kids of South Park .
The new kid almost immediately joins forces with Butters, Princess Kenny and Cartman. This is where the new kid gets his new nickname, ‘Douchebag’ and is introduced to the infamous Stick Of Truth. Shortly after the elves (headed by Kyle) attack Cartman’s Keep.
From there ‘Douchebag’ is tasked with getting the Stick back. He manages to do so with the help of some of Cartman’s best fighters and warriors. Douchebag recovers the stick with ease and returns it to Cartman.
That night Douchebag is abducted by aliens, he manages to escape from the abduction with the help of Stan’s Dad Randy Marsh, and the 2 of them manage to crash the alien ship into South Park Mall and escape.
The following morning the government try to cover up the UFO crash site by stating that they building a new Taco Bell in South Park. News then breaks out that once again the Stick Of Truth has been stolen by the elves. Meanwhile the government agents are plotting to blow up South Park in order to destroy the alien goo coming from the UFO crash site, panic soon spreads as the alien goo infects the living and turns them into Nazi Zombies.
The Stick Of Truth - Battle System
That night a battle breaks out at the South Park elementary school. The location of the Stick of Truth is revealed as Clyde creates a new army from members of Kyle’s elves and Cartman’s human army. What is left of the humans and elves now band together to stop Clyde’s army.
Douchebag is then tasked with recruiting more members to Kyle and Cartman’s army. Douchebag manages to recruit the girls, star-trek role players and the kindergarten pirates to their cause, in order to overthrow Clyde’s army once and for all.
The army bands together to attack Clyde’s army who are located at the newly created dark tower. During the battle Randy Marsh appears on the scene and reveals the location of the Nuclear bomb the government have planted in order to blow up South Park. Douchebag manages to disarm the device.
The Stick Of Truth - Clyde’s Army
Douchebag finally confronts Clyde, he manages to defeat Clyde and his army. Defeated Clyde states he doesn’t want to play any more. The government then track down Douchebag and reveal that he moved to South Park and went into hiding because of his ability to quickly make friends on social networks.
The Government then soon learn of the Stick Of Truth’s power and attempt to bargain with Douchebag to help them use it. Douchebag refuses to help but Princess Kenny betrays everyone by using the stick’s power for him (or in this case her) self. Kenny gets infected with the zombie virus and the final battle between Douchbag and Nazi Zombie Princess Kenny begins. Douchebag defeats Kenny which results in the eradication of the Nazi Zombie Virus.
The game closes with the town of South Park being rebuilt and the kids throwing The Stick Of Truth into the town’s pond, due to its power being too great.
