This pack is simply amazing! Spec ops the line has an amazing story, and fun gameplay as well, which made me buy it four times already, just so I can play with its coop maps. A must-play title for anyone, who is bored of the Call of Duty series. Borderland is another great co-op title, that is rather long, even with four people. The graphics didn't really age, and the gameplay is solid, definitely worth checking out. And finally, one of my all time favourite games, x-com! This title is currently on the top of my most played list on steam. Of the thousand hours, at least 2/3 are from this title alone. If you never played a tactical game, you should start here. If you're a pro, this is even greater fun! Even after....jeeez, 5 years? Anyway, I still didn't get bored with it.
The 2K Bundle includes two very good games and one decent one with all of their additional content. Spec Ops the line is an average third person shooter with a story with similarities to Heart of Darkness/Apocalypse Now telling the story of three American soldiers getting involved in the conflict of a civilian populace, another American unit, and the CIA while trying to track down the leader of the formerly missing American unit. XCOM was a good modern update to the classic game but was greatly improved by some of the changes and additions made with its expansion Enemy Within, which is also included in this bundle, while I think the sequel further improved things it is different enough that the original is still well worth playing. Borderlands was greatly improved by its sequel in every area and is a lot less interesting than the later games, even the gun variety ends up not being that interesting, it's the worst title in this bundle but can still be an ok game if you have some friends to play it with.
This bundle is crazy and has really good ratio of money/gameplay. Spec Ops: The line, while pretty average in gameplay and graphics, has pretty solid soundtrack and one of the best plots is shooter history that will really make you think differently about shooters and for this reason alone it is worth playing. There is also first Borderlands GOTY, which is pretty solid mix of FPS with RPG with really nice cel-shaded graphics and soundtrack, that is full to the brim with content and is actually best in the series. It is best played with friends in multiplayer. In my opinion the best deal in this pack is Xcom: Enemy Unknown with Enemy Within expansion - this is crazy good turn-based strategy game. It is extremely addicting, while graphics are not the greatest, are really nice to look at, with nice soundtrack and incredibly good gameplay. Perfect mix and with expansion this game is even longer and better. Overall, this bundle is excellent - 3 excellent titles for this price is a crime not to get. You will get easily 100 hours out of it and that's if you're really good at Xcom, since this title alone might take you hundreds of hours. Recommended.
