2 hours in and I'm really enjoying this. I really like the strategic elements - ZoC, morale etc. The need to work as a combined arms unit, protecting your missile troops and using mounted soldiers to perform rear strikes. Almost always outnumbered, and often by superior troops so crushing morale is usually essential to victory. A lot of reading between battles, but the story seems enjoyable and if you don't care for it's easy to skip and still enjoy the game.
Funny to see this great indie game on GMG. I know this game's main developer from a friend. And this is a game that they have worked on for 4 years. They are hard worker that's on par with the legendary animater "Monty Oum". Once you look pass the indie graphic you will find a game even better then "The Pantheon Cycle: Shrouded Aspect". It's updated regularly even now and I do recommend playing both the first one and second one in that order. I heard there is a third one coming and i will get that one once it's out. Key note.. this is a turn base RPG. Your character carry over between maps. IT's fairly long. It's quite hard. Almost borderline rogue-like. It you don't like it first.. push your self a bit more try 4-5 maps and you will get sucked in.
