The first Heavy Fire game is a poorly made on rails shooter with a cliched plot and laughably bad voice acting. Gameplay involved moving left, right, or down to take cover from enemy fire, the shooting itself is boring, enemies only reaction to being hit is to slowly fall over and it doesn't matter where you shoot them, even hitting explosive barrels have enemies slowly falling to the ground. The camera and your position rapidly change which can cause you to shoot allies or walk right past still living enemies that are actively shooting you. Shattered Spear has similar gameplay but improves the game by making the shooting better, improving the graphics, and less awkward movements between areas. The game still isn't very good but it is more enjoyable than the first. Reload is a series of mini games that have you shooting cliched gang and terrorist targets while avoiding civilians, shooting sporting clays, sniping, and riding a vehicle around while firing a mounted gun. With the exception of the sniping levels the games all work fine and the hit detection is good. The only reason to play it is if you are interested in getting the top scores, the guns themselves aren't interesting or unique enough for the variety to matter much and the activities are things that can be found in free to play flash games. All three games should be avoided unless you really want to play games where you just click on your targets and you have run out of other options.
