Naval Warfare is a steampunk navy style twin stick shooter. You will fight against enemy boats, planes, and submarines and you have the ability to get allied ships to join you in battle, each better at fighting different kinds of enemies or at healing you and your allies. Allies can be given basic orders for how you want them to behave. Graphics, water effects, and enemy design are good enough for the low price. The controls are poor if you are using a keyboard and mouse but work fine if you are able to use a controller. There are also some bugs and graphical glitches that seem to effect some people more than others, it isn't the best port job.
