Checked this out as the idea/concept intrigued me of being a racing car driver. You have many aspects from researching, controlling, buying new cars and parts ultimately becoming the best manager out there. As this is a management sim, the simulation elements are much better while the actual driving is not.
Racing Manager had potential to be another in depth management game but a lot of it just doesn't work. While you can research and find sponsor for your car, crews, and racers. Other than that, other aspects like tutorial and guidance requires a lot of work to get over with and served little to no meaning afterward. Crew mates kept purposing parts that will not benefit the race. At the end of the race the game would reward you with position that you didn't finish. Overall, the management experience was acceptable but the racing part really need more work. All in all, this game have potentials but really require more work.
