This game is fairly good. The basic idea is to create the best call centre you can. This provides a large amount of challenge and the different skills required are very important. The game play is good, although it can be a bit simplistic at times. The pixel art is great, with the office feeling alive as you see everyone going about their daily business. Another great thing is the sound design, the buzz from the office is really convincing and the animations add to the realism that this game has. The huge number of game objectives also adds to re-playability. I would definitely recommend this for people who enjoy simulation games!
