The first open world in the series, it’s what I am most excited about. I’m a huge fan of Borderlands and playing online alongside friends and tackling different missions whilst supporting your teammates. Ghost Recon achieves just that, minus the split screen, but we’re really spoilt when it comes to the games superb graphics and the sheer beauty of the map and world.
If you’re a fan of the Ghost Recon series or maybe Wildlands is new for you, it’s really worth jumping in just for the open world alone. Let alone the incredible line up of Ghosts, enemies, weaponry and the ability to customise and make the game your own.

My review/opinion of Wildlands is limited, as the game was available today. Whatever I have to say, is due to the time I spend on the game so far. So! The base game is very good. It surely has a flaw I noticed (the driving mechanics) which I'm not the only one to think like that about it, but Wildlands looks promising. Or not. We'll all find out real soon. The map is big... many places to go and check out. I don't know though if it will end up being a Wild(vast)land that's empty like Far Cry 2. I hope not! Lots of missions/side missions... and no, they're not repetitive (my opinion). Nice thing is that you can choose your way of killing. Meaning, you either take your enemies out by sneaking or you let the guns loose to speak for themselves. The game mechanics (except the driving part) are quite cool. The CO OP feature is nice, I like it. Games like Wildlands... need CO OP to be available for those that wanna apply tactics and go as a squad, you know? Really good. No comment about the servers, as I haven't encountered any issues yet. There are perks to unlock, your character/weapons can be customized. As for the specific Edition, you get 3 weapon camouflages, gear (Huntsman), the Huntsman motorbike, Huntsman rifle, and some emblems of some sort that I haven't paid attention to them yet. So, thank you Ubisoft for this game. I hope I won't change my mind later. Wildlands looks promising and is well-made as you can obviously see while you play. Probably the game will offer many many hours of gameplay. We'll see how it will turn out to be. I'm optimistic. And by the way, the price is fair for the Deluxe Edition. My rating for Wildlands: 87/100
This is solidly average. The locations are beautiful. Bolivia is a great setting. Taking down the cartels is fun. There are nice touches throughout, like banter between the characters. The missions are open-ended and offer a lot of options. The tools, like the drones and night vision are really cool too. I encountered many bugs though and the world felt empty at times.
