In the real world Formula One’s 2020 season may have been disrupted but when you go digital everything goes to plan. F1 2020 is the twelfth F1 game developed by Codemasters and is a more accurate, more exciting, and more faithful recreation of the motorsport than anything else.
F1 2020 Features
Two brand new circuits have been added to the game in line with the changes to the real Formula 1 2020 championship. Circuit Zandvoort and the Hanoi Street Circuit are both included allowing you to test your mettle on their tracks.
My Team is a brand new feature only available in F1 2020 which lets you set up an eleventh team fighting for the championship. You’ll need to choose an engine supplier, recruit another driver, design your livery, sign sponsors, and much more. As you play through the season you’ll customise and expand your team as you race towards victory.
Driver ratings appear for the first time, with drivers awarded scores out of 99 for experience, racecraft, awareness, and pace. A higher score grants more resource points, letting you upgrade your car more in the My Team and Career modes.
F1 2020 Release Date and Platforms
F1 2020 released worldwide on July the 10th, 2020 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Stadia, and PC. This means that if you’re missing Formula 1 with its truncated 2020 season, you can dive right in now and get racing immediately.
