This year, Green Man Gaming will have a renewed focus on scouting new games and studios looking for support with their publishing and commercial journey. To better serve all the greenshoot talent we are expanding our Business Development team with two fantastic appointments- Adam Snook as SVP of Content Acquisition, Publishing & DMS, and Ben Tucker as our Game Scout.
In a market where discoverability is harder, budgets are tighter, and routes to global audiences are more complex than ever, our team expansion is designed to meet that moment: more expertise, more bandwidth, and more proactive scouting.
Leading the expansion is Adam Snook, who has joined Green Man Gaming as SVP of Content Acquisition, Publishing & Distribution Managed Service (DMS). In this role, Adam will be responsible for growing our content pipeline and strengthening publishing and distribution opportunities for partners.
Adam brings extensive experience across business development, scouting, and licensing, having previously held senior roles at Kwalee, Team17 Digital, and Games Workshop. Alongside his leadership track record, Adam’s background includes the skills that help partnerships succeed over time. He has experience in contract negotiation and relationship management, and in delivering complex multinational partnerships. He also brings a track record in customer retention and in managing internal and external stakeholder expectations.
Complementing Adam’s leadership is Ben Tucker, who joins Green Man Gaming as Game Scout. Ben’s role is designed to strengthen the company’s scouting capability and deepen support for studios seeking help across publishing, funding, and distribution. Ben brings seven years’ experience at Team17 Digital, progressing through multiple roles across QA and scouting.
Green Man Gaming will be at DICE and GDC to connect with developers looking for publishing, distribution, or funding support.
