Master Levels for DOOM II
Introducing the Master Levels for DOOM II. Twenty never-before-seen levels all with the same acid drenched, hell spawned horror of the originals. Each was created by independent designers and supervised by the demented minds of id Software. You might as well forget about seeing the light of day ever again.
The complete megahit game that set the world afire. Plus All-New Episode IV: Thy Flesh Consumed. The demons came and the marines died. Except one. You are the last defense against these hell-spawned hordes. Prepare for the most intense mutant-laden, blood-splattered action ever! The texture-mapped virtual world is so real, you don't just play DOOM - you live it.
There is a reason this pack costs more the doom 3 and the expansion pack combined. While the great granddaddy of First person shooters does show it's age, inside this is still as tough as it ever was. If you ever played it, you will not forget it, and if you didn't you should. No kidding, you will find enjoyment even in this old game. The music is awesome, the weapons, they are just insane. The monsters are scary, and really tough...yet, if you are quick witted, and make them infight, it's just hilarious to watch. There is multiplayer, and even a coop mode! Why don't every game have that? I mean, come on...i know most games today are easy enough on your own, but damn...anyway, here, you will feel the need for a partner so much, that it can actually be a beginning of a beautiful friendship. Besides, not having doom on any gaming console is almost a sin. Probably that's why it's released on everything...
Doom is a classic arcade shooter that will always be fun.The game is simple with little to no bugs and the controls are very easy to learn. Its not that difficult at least for me and i enjoy playing it sometimes.
This game is the first where I used a cheat code. I even didn't know what is cheat codes. When I played this game with my friend I couldn't get to the end of map, cause I was killed every time. He told me to type IDDQD and it will give me a permanent 100% health. I did it and it worked. I was very happy about it. So, I asked if there are any other codes I should know about and I my friend told me about IDKFA and IDCLIP codes. With the help of IDCLIP I discovered that there are many secret rooms in this game. Many years later I've decided to get all of the first Doom game episodes done without any cheat codes. It was hard, but I did it. It took almost a month to get this thing done. Still love this game and playing it a lot.
DOOM... It's one of my oldest memories as a gamer because yes, I was a kid when DOOM was released. DOOM is a classic among classics. It's one of the best FPS game ever made. Packed with a ton of huge levels, nasty demon enemies and satisfying weapons, DOOM is, in my opinion, what defined the standard of a good FPS game. And in this edition there are all the classic DOOM games. You have no excuse.
These are some of the classics of the FPS genre. Aside from being fun on their own, the modding community that you get access to will make sure you can keep on coming back here well after you've finished the games several times. The multiplayer's still alive, so if you fancy that, it's still there. Would recommend playing on source ports, especially if you're going to mod/play multiplayer.
