What a Ride

I really liked this. The story was fantastic, and it actually inspired me to read the novel! If you like adventure, a good story, or point and click games, you will love I Have No Mouth and I Must Scream!

Great adventure game

The game is point and click adventure game that puts player in shoes of 5 distinct characters that were saved by supercomputer AM from nuclear apocalypse just to be tormented and put for a trial for their sins. During the trials each character is faced with ‘moral choices' and decisions made by player have effect on ending of game. The strongest point of the game is story. Scrip for the game has been created by Harlan Ellison (author of the short story of the same name) and it is not a simple adaptation of source material but it expands it significantly. Main problem of program lies in glitches and lack of polish. Sometimes characters disappear after game is saved, or incorrect animation is shown when you are moving them. There is also unnecessary pixel hunting present that can ruin experience for some of people. All in all this is a must-have for adventure fans great introduction to works of Harlan Ellison.

Terrifying good story

If you fancy a good point and click adventure game with story that can make the hair behind your neck stands, then do not cast away your gaze from this game. Adapted from a famous short story of the same name, I Have No Mouth, and I Must Scream is a must for any adventure fans out there.
