Lords of the Fallen is a difficult game. It is not as hard as Dark Souls, but it will still challenge gamers who are unfamiliar with its particular brand of combat. The Lionheart Pack DLC will make this challenge easier, at least in the beginning. Part of what makes games like Lords of the Fallen so appealing is the loot system. There is plenty of weapons and armor to collect, and most of it will help you. However, help is a relative term, because the game is still difficult. The armor, weapon, and shield that come with the Lionheart Pack DLC are more powerful than your starting weapons, armor, and shield, but they will only give a small reprieve until you have to eventually replace them. At least by then they will have provided enough of a bonus to make used to the combat. The Lionheart Pack DLC is not recommended for anyone except for people who cannot make it past the first boss, no matter how many times you try. And even then?maybe Lords of the Fallen is just not your kind of game.
