Sniper Art of Victory

WW II was a theatre of war for many specialized combat units, working together to ensure an army’s victory. Among them a unique role was played by hidden and deadly marksmen. Their ability to lay motionless waiting for the perfect shot together with their professional equipment allowed them to change the course of the history with one pull of a trigger.

Sniper Ghost Warrior

When the democratic government of Isla Trueno is overthrown, an aggressive and hostile military command rises to power. A highly trained special ops unit is sent in to help the rebels accomplish objectives that only a sniper can handle.

Sniper Ghost Warrior - Map Pack

Sniper: Ghost Warrior Map Pack further expands multiplayer experience with 5 new maps. Battle to control ruined oil-rigs or lie in wait to capture one of mystic stone towers.

Sniper Ghost Warrior - Second Strike

Sniper: Ghost Warrior - Second Strike includes an additional single player campaign called "Unfinished Business" with refined AI and new challenging levels. It also introduces a new multiplayer mode (Capture the Flag) and three additional weapons: the M200 and L96 sniper rifles and the Desert Eagle high caliber pistol. To put your skills to the ultimate test we also included the Challenge map.

Sniper Ghost Warrior 2

Sniper: Ghost Warrior 2 is the only multi-platform, first-person, modern shooter exclusively designed around the sniper experience. It takes the bulls-eye precision of its predecessor to new and exciting heights, offering more diverse sniper challenges; a rebuilt AI system and the thrilling “one shot, one kill” precision that made the original a huge hit, selling 3 million copies worldwide. Taking advantage of the advanced capabilities of the CryENGINE3, Sniper: Ghost Warrior 2 also delivers striking graphic environments.

Get's better with every game.

The ghost warrior series is a weird set of games. They start out as an absolutely budget category, basically the long range version of the terrorist takedown games, that is even worse somehow than those, yet as it reaches 2, all of a sudden it becomes a rather good game, A category at least...and AA at most :) Ghost warrior is infamous for it's bugs, and weird AI, and the second(third...) game is not perfect, but it is way better, and i would actually recommend that game, not because it's so bad that it's good, but genuinely because it is a rather fun sniping game. I still think Sniper Elite is better, but once you're finished with those, this series more than deserves a chance.

Different than Sniper Elite

Most people consider the Sniper Elite series the only decent sniper games, but they shouldn't forget the Sniper: Ghost Warrior games. While not as famous as Sniper Elite, they deserve a special mention, especially the later games in the series. While the first one, Sniper: Art of Victory, shows its age, the later games still play good and can be enjoyed. They put you in the role of a sniper, not an one-man-army. You must choose your approach wisely, wait for a good moment to take your shot and make the best of the opportunity to make a difference with (hopefully) just one shot. The difference to Sniper Elite series is that Ghost Warrior games put you in a more modern setting, which is reflected by the weapons and equipment used and the general opposition, and the differences are significant enough to make it complementary not alternative to Sniper Elite.
