Rockstar Games have announced that Red Dead Redemption 2 has been delayed until Spring 2018.
The developer made the announcement via their official twitter account yesterday. Rockstar then took to their official website to elaborate stating that the delay was in order to “ensure we can deliver the best experience possible for our fans.”
They went onto say that “This outlaw epic set across the vast and unforgiving American heartland will be the first Rockstar game created from the ground up for the latest generation of console hardware, and some extra time is necessary to ensure that we can deliver the best experience possible for our fans.”
Rockstar have stated it will be sharing more news about Red Dead Redemption 2 “this summer”. They have also released a handful of screen shot which can be seen below.
