PlayerUnknown, the creator of hit game PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds, is in talks with Microsoft to extend their exclusivity deal for the Xbox platform, according to an unnamed source. The extension would take the Xbox exclusive from around a standard 3 months to even longer, making the game only playable on Xbox and PC.

Bluehole, the developer of PUBG, has made no comment on the topic, saying that they are “solely focused on bringing the best game possible to Xbox One and PC. We have nothing further to announce at this time.”
