CD Projekt Red has tacitly confirmed that it will be showing Cyberpunk 2077 at E3 2018.
The Polish developer has been given a listing among E3 2018’s exhibitors which confirms that it will be showing an RPG for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC. This can only be Cyberpunk 2077.
Polish website GRY Online, meanwhile, cites “Two different sources” at CD Projekt Red as confirming that there will be a playable demo of the game at E3 2018, which journalists are likely to be able to play in a behind-closed-doors scenario. The website also reckons that a trailer for Cyberpunk 2077 will feature in one or more of the big press conferences taking place at E3.
With CD Projekt Red concentrating hard on Cyberpunk 2077 following the success of The Witcher 3, its sci-fi RPG, which so far has only been teased in public, is bound to be one of the stars of the show. Naturally, we’ll bring you more news as it emerges.
