In this guide, we’re going to run through the major achievements and trophies in Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War, explaining what you need to do to complete them, and outlining a loose roadmap so players can follow along and make their way through the game in the most efficient way possible.
Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War Achievement Roadmap
The first thing you should do if you want to get every achievement in Black Ops Cold War is complete the campaign on Veteran or Realism difficulty. It’s pretty short, and Veteran is manageable if you’re familiar with Call of Duty games. This will get you every unmissable campaign achievement in one run, and then you just need to complete the side objectives and side missions, listed below.
Side Missions
Operation Chaos – Complete the Operation Chaos Side Mission on any difficulty
Operation Red Circus – Complete the Operation Red Circus Side Mission on any difficulty
To unlock the two campaign side missions, you need to find all of the optional intel scattered throughout the missions (YouTube is your friend) and then you’ll be able to embark upon these side missions via the mission board in the hub.
Mission-specific Objectives
Fracture Jaw – Destroy all enemy vehicles and mortar teams while defending Firebase Ripcord
Redlight, Greenlight – Shoot 15 targets on Main Street
Echoes of a Cold War – Kill an enemy with the secret weapon while ziplining
End of the Line – Kill 25 enemies with the AC-130
Break on Through – See all 7 memory endings and playthrough all 4 path ends
Break on Through – Kill 12 enemies with explosive barrels while riding the server lift
Break on Through – Disobey Adler’s order to go through the door
The Final Countdown – Blow up all trucks and guard towers on the approach to the monastery

Perform Body Shield 5 times
Get 5 kills each with an LMG, SMG, AR and a Shotgun
Kill 200 enemies with an AR
Multiplayer and Zombies Achievement Roadmap
