New Solo Missions come to Red Dead Online
Red Dead Online has received a new update, adding a brand new three solo missions for players to complete. Each will see you receive telegrams from a mystery source only known as ‘J’, and the missions will send players to steal prized horses, break into mansions, and escort wagons. Film Festival Drops into Fortnite
Gigs, movie tie-in events, and now a film festival – Fortnite is rapidly becoming a space for players to be entertained in, not just a battle royale game. The Short Nite Film Festival is coming to the game on the 20th of February and will show a series of short animated films throughout the proceeding twenty four hours on a loop, each loop lasting about half an hour.
Imperator: Rome gets Colossal 2.0 Update
If you’ve dipped out of Imperator: Rome for whatever reason, the coming 2.0 update will completely revitalise the game. A brand new UI is coming with Crusader Kings 3-style nested tooltips, new expansion features, new AI rebalancing, new unit options, new building options…there’s a lot of ‘new’ and far too much for us to mention here. Valheim Passes 2 Million Copies Sold
It might seem that everyone’s playing Valheim right now, and that’s because everyone’s playing Valheim. The Viking-themed survival game has exploded up the charts since its release and developers Iron Gate have announced that the game has passed two million sales. That’s a lot of Vikings, a lot of trees chopped down, and a lot of accidental Viking deaths.
9 Minutes of Gameplay in new NieR Replicant ver.1.22474487139 Trailer
Excited for more NieR? Square Enix have just released a new nine minute look at updated NieR Replicant ver.1.22474487139 gameplay, as part of the game which is coming to PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on the 23rd of April, 2021. Previously only available in Japan, this release has new visuals, voice acting, and revamped combat, meaning NieR fans look to be in for a treat.
Pigs Taught to Play Games
Finally, our porcine pals have been taught to play video games. According to a report by the BBC, four pigs by the names of Hamlet, Omelette, Ebony, and Ivory, and been taught how to play games using. Crucially, the pigs were trained by using pellets as rewards, but when this system broke they continued playing, thanks to the researchers’ encouragement.
