Nintendo Shares at a 10-Year High After Switch Success

After Nintendo announced that they will now be producing 2 million Nintendo Switch consoles a month, their share value increased to their highest amount since March 2008.

The Switch has resulted in Nintendo’s shares to increase in value by 77% from the beginning of 2017, and their estimation of selling 13 million units has been smashed, and has changed to 20 million by the end of the year.

Confidence in the sales has also been boosted by news that the Switch could be entering the Chinese gaming market, as a highly successful Chinese mobile game will be coming to the Switch in the West.
