Destiny 2’s first expansion Curse of Osiris will have ‘Raid Lair’

The developers of Destiny 2, Bungie, have had a livestream where they talked about the future content of Destiny 2, and detailed what is coming up in their first expansion ‘Curse of Osiris’.

The first raid that comes with Destiny 2 – Leviathan – will be expanded and the recommended power level will be increased to 300, whereas the new expansion will introduce the game’s first ‘raid lair’.

“A raid lair is a brand-new six-player raid activity, it’s an entirely new set of encounters, new puzzles, new loot, completely new places to explore, and then we have a brand-new final boss for you to fight,” explains Brendan Thorne, senior game designer at Bungie during the livestream.

It’s called Eater of Worlds, and won’t take as long as Leviathan, but it should maintain the difficulty of the first raid, and will even have a Prestige difficulty mode for the most hardcore players and clans.
