In a new blog post from the Star Wars: Battlefront II team over at DICE, the developers have outlined the first changes being made to their loot box system, despite only skirting the bigger issue at this time.
The rate of credit gained has been tweaked, meaning that essentially better performing players will earn credit faster, rewarding those who play well. The post clarifies that this is an “initial step” towards bigger changes to the game, and said “we’re excited to have launched the game to the world but recognise that there have been some challenges along the way. We have learned a lot and are making adjustments to the game to ensure the best experience possible.”
DICE are launching the first of the The Last Jedi content tomorrow, which, like all their DLC, is free.
