Microsoft has revealed the next set of games coming to Xbox Game Pass in February.
The library service has been going from strength to strength in recent months, and with this month’s additions, it appears Microsoft is not ready to slow down.
The hot ticket for February is Shadow of the Tomb Raider, the third entry in the rebooted Tomb Raider series. This is a perfect addition to Game Pass.
The game only launched in September of 2018, but due to the timing of it, many fans missed out. It didn’t receive universal critical acclaim, but it’s something many may be tempted by, especially for the very low price tag.
Beyond Tomb Raider, Game Pass subscribers will also receive The Walking Dead: The Complete First Season on February 7, which is a solid addition, especially if you’re not caught up on the series.
The final episode of The Final Season launches in late March, meaning there’s plenty of time to power through Lee and Clementine’s story.
3D platformer de Blob also makes a messy landing on Game Pass this February 14, with Batman: Return to Arkham following suit on February 21.
Return to Arkham bundles both Arkham Asylum and Arkham City into one remastered package. Both of these games still hold up today and act as a gritty antidote to Marvel’s Spider-Man, which launched earlier in the year.
Crackdown 3 will also launch on Game Pass in tandem with its February 15 release on both Xbox One and PC.
All in all, this is a very solid month for subscribers, offering something worthwhile to a variety of gamers, from AAA blockbusters to indie darlings.
