Ubisoft has provided a wealth of detail about the imminent open beta for The Division 2, via a trailer.
The Division 2’s open beta will commence at 9am GMT on March 1, and will run until 9am GMT on March 5. Those eager to participate will be able to pre-load the open beta from 9am GMT on February 28.
The trailer (above) also reveals the form that The Division 2’s open beta – which sounds pretty comprehensive — will take. It will include three missions, two of which featured in the closed beta, and one of which is all-new; open-world activities including five side-missions plus control-points and activities; a taste of PvP action in the form of Dark Zone East and the 4v4 Skirmish PvP mode; and a taste of the endgame in the form of one Invaded mission and three specialisations.

And for those who participated in the game’s closed beta, there’s more detail on this forum regarding how the open beta will differ from it. The Division 2 itself is scheduled to launch on March 15, on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC.
